Following a regulated tender procurement process, Homes for Life are pleased to announce the appointment of our new repairs’ contractor JR Facilities Management Ltd.
Lothian Gas will retain the contract for all Gas and Heat Pump related repairs.
The new contract represents the best value and quality response for the organisation and our tenants; over a 3-year term with the option to extend for a further 2 years, providing consistently successful performance is proven in the initial term.
What does this mean for me?
Repairs should be reported to: JR Facilities on 0800 774 7183.
You may see JR Facilities vehicles and staff out and about with the Homes for Life branding on vans and uniforms. JR Facilities staff will have an ID badge with an up to date photo.
