We recently wrote to notify you that this process would be completed in June and suggested that you should now choose to make you payments at a PayPoint or Post Office outlet. Alternatively you can pay via the internet or telephone.
Subsequently we have been advised that the network is being phased out with immediate effect with a completion date of June 14th 2009.

Rent Restructure The Board have committed to reviewing the Companys rent structure during the financial 2009/2010, in consultation with tenants, with a view to implementation from 1st April 2010.

Following comparison of proposals from 12 contractors and consultation with the Tenant Panel, we have selected Kingdom Gas as offering the best quality and value.
Kingdom Gas already provides an equivalent service to over 5000 homes throughout Central and Eastern Scotland for 7 other Registered Social Landlords. They have an excellent reputation for customer service, and come highly recommended by their existing clients, many of whom are long-term partners.
Kingdom Gas aim to ensure a same day response for breakdowns reported before 8pm each day. Calls received after 8pm will generally not be attended till the following day unless there is risk to health or property. It is in your interest to contact Kingdom Gas as soon as you know you have a breakdown, so that you can be programmed into their workload for the day.
Kingdom Gas aim to get systems back up and running on the first visit - as far as possible. Engineers for our area will carry a stock of key parts tailored to our properties. Any further parts required will be sourced from a range of specialist parts suppliers for earliest possible installation.
We are grateful to our previous contractor Hepburn Engineering for attending their service through to 25th January 2009 - to allow the handover to take place out-with the festive season. Although not successful in securing re-appointment on this occasion we will be happy to consider Hepburn Engineering for other contracts, and wish them well for the future.
