AGM 2008
There was an excellent turnout to our 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which was held on Wednesday 24 September 2008 at the Rocks Dunbar.Our Annual Report 2007-2008 was made available at this meeting and is now available to download.
At the meeting a Special Resolution was passed which significantly changed the Company's Memorandum & Articles to ensure stable, independent governance of the Company and substantially increased Tenant representation.
These changes meant important alterations to the composition of the Board of Directors and the Company is now looking to co-opt other suitably experienced individuals who have legal, financial, or other specialist expertise.
There were presentations from the George Russell, Business Manager; Tom Mitchell the consultant who saw the Company through it's recent review and from the Company's accountants, Scott Moncrieff.
